Agreement

By using Codex Relay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Codex Relay is a mobile companion for a Codex Relay server running on a user's computer. The app lets users connect to their relay server, view Codex conversations, send prompts, respond to approval or input requests, attach images, and review related workspace activity.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the computer, network, and relay server you connect to.
• You are responsible for prompts, files, images, and other content you submit.
• You should not use Codex Relay to access systems, files, or services you are not authorized to use.

Local Server Requirement

Codex Relay requires a running relay server, usually started with npx codex-relay@latest. The app may not function if the server is offline, unreachable, misconfigured, or blocked by network settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If Codex Relay offers paid access, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through the applicable app store account and policies.

No Warranty

Codex Relay is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The app may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codex Relay and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Codex Relay after changes means you accept the updated terms.
